Unilin Insulation Ireland is recruiting for a Management Accountant.
You will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality financial insights and control, focusing on plant and sales performance, budget and forecast accuracy, and cost analysis.
Calculate and maintain standard costs in SAP across multiple production sites.
Analyse manufacturing performance and variances against budget and prior year.
Support inventory reporting, including provisions, write-offs, and data accuracy.
Act as a finance business partner to the Sales and Commercial teams.
Contribute to monthly period-end closing and management reporting cycles.
Perform detailed variance analysis and highlight performance trends.
Lead and support budget and forecasting processes across departments.
Conduct ROI analyses and appraisals for capital expenditure projects.
Support SAP S4Hana implementation and continuous finance system improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
Provide accurate and timely financial insights to guide operational improvements.
Ensure compliance and consistency across all financial reporting and controls.
Participate in ad hoc projects within the Finance and Controlling remit.
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to improve financial visibility.
Travel may be required, primarily to the UK.
Key Qualifications
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is an advantage.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
Experience with SAP and/or data analytics tools is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with a hands-on approach and strong business acumen.
