A VCI-registered vet with solid small animal surgical experience.
Ideally, you hold or are working toward a Certificate in Surgery – if not no worries
We fully fund and support Certificates, Diplomas, and even PhDs to help you develop your specialist skills.
Confidence managing high clinical case-loads and occasional sole charge
A passion for mentoring or interest in clinical leadership is a bonus, but not essential
