Duty Manager

We have an opportunity for a Catering Supervisor / Duty Manager to join our Healthcare team in University Hospital Portiuncula, Ballinasloe.Join our team to help contribute positively to the everyday life of each patient requiring the services of the hospital and to offer a positive & engaging experience that strives to meet the needs and expectations of all those that require our catering services.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESYou will:Support and supervise the delivery of Patient Food Services across our wards.Deliver, access & review superior service and maximise customer satisfaction & service recovery processRespond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback regarding products & service -ensuring prompt corrective actions are put in place where required.
Support SOP implementation is in place for all aspects of service Monitor compliance as per Company food safety policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
Organise and manage shifts schedules / rotas.
Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
Train employees on SOP's and best practice customer service.
REQUIREMENTS You must have:Previous experience in a similar role or supervising in a fast paced catering business.
An interest in in people and the drive to deliver exceptional serviceExperience in hospitality or catering backgroundExcellent customer service & time management skills.Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.A problem solving and solutions orientated approach with a flexible with can-do attitude.Garda Vetting is an essential requirement for this roleIn return we offer a people focused environment, competitive rate of pay.
