Description
Our team is comprised of talented individuals passionate about AIML, dedicated to ensuring Apple services are at their best.
As part of the Data Operations team, you'll play a central role in enhancing the user experience.
We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, technology-focused environment.
As an Annotation Analyst, you'll annotate data, which can be both audio and visual, and evaluate data from customers who have opted into the grading program.
Your language and cultural knowledge, along with analytical skills, will be used to evaluate responses against guidelines.
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
We focus on the user experience, thinking creatively about how customers use our products, and using this knowledge to drive improvements.

Training will be provided to help you become an expert in understanding, supporting, and improving the customer experience.
This position requires working Monday through Friday, with hours starting between 7am-9am and ending between 4pm-6pm local time, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in French Swiss reading, writing, and comprehension to support the language-specific market
Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension to collaborate with international teams
Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
Understanding of the local region and cultural variations
Demonstrates integrity and prioritizes customer privacy
Preferred Qualifications
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills in evaluating language usage and dialect
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to independently navigate systems and tools
Experience in content review or similar environments; prior testing experience is a plus
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows and responsibilities
Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and shared expertise
Ability to work independently, make timely decisions, and take appropriate actions
Experience as an end-user of Siri, similar intelligent personal assistants, or other AI
Capability to meet or exceed targets within tight deadlines
Skill in identifying business process solutions to increase efficiency
Focus and consistency in handling large volumes of tasks to achieve high results
Comfort working with safety data, including offensive material
Thrives in repetitive tasks and ambiguous scenarios
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience
