About You
You have store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
You lead, motivate, and coach staff to create meaningful customer interactions.
You have a strong commercial mindset, focused on sales opportunities and KPIs.
You are confident in sharing knowledge and driving behavioral change for team growth.
You are a proven leader capable of inspiring a team.
You possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
