Job Summary:
The Analyst role in Continuous Improvement (CI) is responsible for supporting the Leasing CI lead with the execution of Leasing-related programmes and change initiatives.
This role focuses on supporting the enhancement of leasing productivity and reducing operating costs through efficiency efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven track record of supporting a culture of continuous improvement and effective change management within an organization .
Primary Responsibilities

• Support the CI lead with identifying Leasing improvement efforts through all stages of the Six Sigma process (DMAIC) across various areas of the Leasing Function.

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to determine root causes of Leasing performance failures.

• Document existing processes via flowcharting, identify fail points, and develop actionable solutions.

• Support ongoing programme activities that alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Support leasing related change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and support for all stakeholders throughout the change process.

• Support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of improvements.

• Support the maintenance and monitoring of the Leasing RAID log
• Engage with employees at all levels to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change initiatives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and improve the organization's approaches to process improvement.
Key Interactions:

• Allocation of DMAIC projects according to priority status from the C to determine project(s) focus
• Communication of results of initiatives in a clear and concise manner to the CI lead and leasing managers
• Coordination with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive integrated solutions that enhance overall business performance
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Yellow or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma accredited from a reputable organization - (preferred not required)
• Project management certification (Prince2, PMI) -(preferred not required)
• 3-5 years of business experience in a service, financial, or manufacturing environment, leading business improvement and change efforts.

• Project management experience with a focus on developing a culture of continuous improvement.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Project and Visio.

• UML experience via platform such as MS Visio, Lucid Charts - (preferred not required)
• Proactive, process-drive n with strong time management skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
