Responsibilities
Your Role
As a key member of the project team, you'll take ownership of the planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities across key sites.
You'll:
Develop and manage
baseline and construction (target) programmes
.
Support
project directors
in assessing programme risk and sequencing strategy.
Generate
progress reports, performance dashboards, and risk reviews
.
Lead on
programme coordination
with the wider team and supply chain.
Develop
4D and 2D planning visuals
, construction methodology, and logistics sequencing.
Report directly into the
Regional Planning Lead and Director
, with visibility at senior levels.
Experience
What You'll Bring
3–5+ years' experience
in a construction planning role.
Understanding of modern construction delivery and project lifecycles.
BIM and Common Data Environment familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
