Branch Manager – Dublin City Centre (Full Driving Licence Required)An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at a leading vehicle rental and leasing company based in the Dublin area The RoleReporting to the to Regional Operations and Sales leadership team, this is a fast-paced and varied position that combines sales development, team supervision, and branch operations.The ideal candidate will take an active, hands-on approach, with a strong focus on growing the B2B customer base, improving profitability, and supporting the development of front-line staff.
You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.What's on OfferCompetitive base salaryCommission structureAnnual bonus based on KPIsCompany carAccess to private health scheme (HSF)Pension planGlobal staff discountsPartner discountsClear career progression and internal training opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProactively generate and follow up on new business leads, especially in the B2B spaceCarry out direct sales activities both inside the branch and through local networkingEnsure exceptional customer service is delivered by front-desk and driving staffMonitor daily and weekly vehicle requirements and plan accordinglyCollaborate with the fleet team and management to understand and manage vehicle availabilitySupervise staff performance, set internal sales targets, and hold team members accountableLiaise with vehicle preparation teams to ensure readiness and quality standardsReview daily payment reports and ensure accuracy in documentation and processesManage customer invoicing requests efficientlyConduct daily audits to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational criteriaPromote and enforce health and safety standards within the branchCarry out regular compliance checks and maintain high-quality operational standardsPerform additional duties as reasonably required within the scope of the roleSkills & ExperienceA relevant third-level qualification is beneficial but not essentialMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferredProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)Strong organisational and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and take initiativeProven team player who can motivate and support othersFull, clean driving licence is essentialFor more information on this role please contact Elaine or Maurice on #retailcareer
