The Galway Site at Ballybrit on the outskirts of Galway city has been part of Fannin Ltd since its acquisition in 2004 and operates a modern manufacturing and testing facility providing ready to use Microbiological media and supplying to the Clinical, Pharma and Food industries throughout the island of Ireland.
Job description: Role: Production Operator Location: Fannin Limited, Ballybrit Upper, Galway Reporting To: Production Manager Principal Duties & Responsibilities The principal duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: Assist in the manufacture of prepared microbiology media and the day to day running of media production and any associated tasks.
Experience & profile: The successful candidate will ideally have: Knowledge of Cleanroom Manufacture and GMP would be desirable but not a necessary requirement as comprehensive on site training will be given.
