Social Care Workers
for
full-time permanent positions

Naas, Co.
Kildare
Kilcullen, Co.
Kildare
Grangebeg, Co.
Kildare
Our client is dedicated to supporting people with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life in a community-based environment.
Operating across 12 residential communities and 4 day services nationwide, our client offers unique, person-centred care that transforms lives.
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a dedicated team supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.
Requirements:
Hold a
minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework
– BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
At least 1 year's experience
working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
Experience working with challenging behaviours.
Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
Applicants must hold a
full, clean manual driver's license
and have the
availability of own car
.
An understanding of current policies and developments at national and sectoral levels in social care within disability services.
An ability to follow, evaluate, and contribute to the development of plans to meet individuals' ongoing needs.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
