Hygiene Supervisor (Evening Shift) Dungannon Hours: Monday to Friday, 5pm-1 am Vickerstock are Recruitment Partners for our leading Food Manufacturing Client based in Dungannon who are seeking a Hygiene Supervisor who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth Hygiene isn't just part of our client's process, it is their guarantee of product integrity, customer safety, and operational excellence.
As Hygiene Supervisor, you will lead the cleaning team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards that underpin everything our client does.
This is a key leadership role in a growing food manufacturing business, it's not just cleaning, it's safeguarding.
What we have to offer: Circa £36,000 Enhanced holiday entitlement Subsidised canteen/company discounts/seasonal give aways Life assurance & Death-in-Service Phone and car insurance perks Your day to day Lead, mentor, and coordinate the hygiene team to deliver top-tier cleaning standards Assign daily tasks and ensure duties are completed safely and efficiently Monitor PPE usage; enforce safe and hygienic working practices Conduct end-of-shift inspections to verify compliance Manage cleaning supplies, stock, schedules, and documentation Support training initiatives for new and existing team members Track performance, handle absences, holiday cover and ensure task handover Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Technical teams to drive continuous improvement Maintain quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards Implement and monitor compliance with company policies Who we're looking for Experience in industrial cleaning within a production or manufacturing setting 1year proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role Strong communicator, both written and verbal - capable of delivering briefings and reports Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate a team High attention to detail and strong observation skills Basic IT proficiency (training on internal systems will be provided) Flexible and willing to work additional hours to meet production demands What to do next: If you are a hands-on leader who takes pride in hygiene, safety, and team performance, this could be your next great move.
