We are seeking an experienced
Electrical Site Manager
to join a leading international engineering services contractor in Co.
Cork.
This is a permanent position with a considerable portfolio of work for the next 5+ years, offering a fantastic opportunity to build your career and work on 'leading-edge' engineering projects.
This role requires a dedicated professional with a background in
High Voltage
projects and a minimum of 5 years of site management experience on electrical design and build projects over €5 million.
The Role
As the Electrical Site Manager, you will be a key representative on major construction sites, responsible for all on-site activities from pre-mobilization to commissioning.
You will be instrumental in the successful delivery of projects by:
Assisting in the development of construction programs and schedules.
Taking the lead on all on-site activities and managing project teams.
Ensuring the highest standards of safety by conducting audits and enforcing safety protocols.
Coordinating with subcontractors and other supervisors to ensure efficient project delivery.
Maintaining a detailed site diary and managing project documentation.
Executing project activities in line with quality procedures and inspection plans.

Requirements
Recognised Electrical apprenticeship or trade certificate.
Minimum of 5 years of Site Management experience.
Proven experience managing electrical design and build projects in excess of €5 million.
Strong computer abilities and professional acumen.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
A deep understanding of the constructability of projects and strong commercial awareness.
