General Foreman | Residential | Dublin Location: West DublinEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: Up to €75,000 + Comprehensive BenefitsVickerstock Construction is proudly partnering with a leading Tier 1 House Builder to recruit an experienced General Foreman for a high-profile residential development in West Dublin.This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Ireland's most reputable contractors on a long-term basis, offering stability, strong earning potential, and career progression.The Role | General ForemanAs General Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site operations, ensuring construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage on-site health & safetyOversee daily site operations and monitor project progressManage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and tradesParticipate in site meetings and liaise with the wider project teamTake full control of site works from groundwork to final finishesEnsure all works are completed to specification through continuous site inspectionsReport weekly on project delivery and site performanceWhat you'll need to succeed:Strong trade background (essential)Proven experience as a Foreman on residential or large-scale construction projectsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage and motivate site teams and subcontractorsComfortable overseeing multiple phases of work concurrentlyWhat's in it for you?
