Senior Manager, Tax
We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the global tax function, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
You will lead tax planning, reporting, and audits, working in close partnership with finance and legal teams to optimise tax strategies, manage risk, and support the organisation's commercial goals.
What you will be doing:
Leading the global tax strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, national, and international tax laws and regulations.
Managing accurate and timely quarterly US GAAP tax reporting.
Overseeing the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant filings across jurisdictions.
Identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities to optimise the group's tax position and reduce liabilities.
Monitoring legislative changes and advising senior leadership on potential impacts and appropriate responses.
Managing tax audits and collaborating with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure effective resolution and positive outcomes.
Partnering with internal finance teams and local advisers to ensure full compliance with tax filing and
