As an
Associate R&D Technical Consultant
, you'll work directly with some of Ireland's most innovative businesses helping them claim tax relief for work on groundbreaking technology, science, and engineering.
You'll join a high-growth team, learn fast, and build a career in a rare space where technical insight meets financial strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
Meet with clients (on-site and virtually) to understand their R&D activities
Conduct interviews with engineers, scientists, and technical leaders
Analyse technical information and distil it into compelling, HMRC-compliant reports
Collaborate with tax and finance teams to build and submit robust claims
Stay up to date with R&D tax legislation and industry innovation trends
Take ownership of multiple projects with training, mentorship, and clear progression
What We're Looking For
A degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Engineering, Science, Tech, Maths)
Excellent written communication: you'll be writing technical reports
Strong analytical mindset: can break down complex ideas with clarity
A confident, personable communicator: comfortable with C-suite interactions
Curiosity & coachability: drive to grow in a client-facing role
