Based on business requirements, and your area if expertise as a Chef, you will be taking ownership of the of your station which may include breakfast, carvery, bar-food, restaurant, banquets, and events.RESPONSIBILITIES| HACCP dutiesFood preparationEnsure that company's controls, policies, procedures, processes and applications are all implemented accordinglyREQUIREMENTS| Previous 2-3 years experience working in a similar roleExcellent knowledge of HACCPAbility to work 45 hours a week working 5 over 7 days including rosters which include weekends and public holidaysINTERESTED?
