Our client is a long established and well regarded Mid Sized Law Firm in Dublin 2.
They have a vacancy for a Construction Solicitor with between 4 to 6 years PQE who is interested in developing their career in a new and expanding team.
The ideal candidate is technically accomplished, collaborative and solution-focused.
They are open to speaking with candidates who have related experience in commercial litigation, property, or with prior career experience as a quantity surveyor or engineer.
The Firms clients include contractors, developers, funders, investors, suppliers, subcontractors and insolvency practitioners.
We advise on projects across a diverse range of sectors, including public sector, commercial property development, data centres, housing and infrastructure.

The Role:
Advising on both transactional and contentious matters
Managing client engagements with minimal, but supportive, supervision
Dealing with all types of dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, court proceedings and arbitration
Advising on standard form and bespoke construction contracts
Drafting and negotiating development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties and ancillary project documents
The Candidate:
4 – 6 years PQE
A genuine interest in construction law, practice and industry
The ability to work on their own initiative, and as part of a team
The ability to prioritise and focus on solutions
Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
A growth mindset
