Role: Mechanical Estimator Location: Dublin Salary: up to €80,000(Do E) Talent-Curve Recruitment is partnering with a respected Mechanical Contractor based in Co.
Dublin who are on the lookout for a Mechanical Estimator to join their commercial team.
With a strong pipeline of high value projects across Ireland, this company specialises in delivering top-tier mechanical services to clients across the data centre, commercial, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand scope and project requirements Develop accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems within data centres, healthcare facilities, pharma plants, and commercial developments Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical input Prepare and compile high-quality tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements Support the commercial team in bid reviews, value engineering, and pre-award negotiations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry rates and material costs Ideal Candidate 5+ years experience in mechanical estimating, or a strong mechanical engineering background with a desire to move into estimating Experience working on projects in the data centre, pharma, healthcare, or commercial sectors is highly desirable Knowledge of mechanical and process pipework systems, HVAC plumbing etc.
