Key Responsibilities
:
360 Recruitment Ownership
: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent.
Business Development
: Proactively identify and approach potential clients, pitch recruitment services, and negotiate terms to secure new business.
Relationship Building
: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor for both.
Market Research
: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth within your specialized market.
Target Achievement
: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and revenue targets.
Candidate Pipeline
: Build and maintain a robust network of high-quality candidates to quickly respond to client needs.

Experience in recruitment in Ireland is a plus, but we also welcome individuals with a strong sales background in Ireland looking to transition into recruitment.
