As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage QA activities to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Maintain QA documentation, including procedures, standards, and policies.
Assist QA teams in test planning, test case management, and defect tracking.
Provide administrative support to QA teams, ensuring the timely resolution of issues.
Track and report on QA metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
Organize and maintain QA resources, including tools, environments, and licenses.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is desired but not compulsory – a positive approach to work and the ability to use computerised systems are essential.
Previous experience in a QA or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Typing skills.
