This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty and wellness who enjoys interacting with clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
As the first point of contact, youll play a vital role in ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Flexible Work Schedule Weekdays: Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Flexible schedule options available alternate weekends or choose your preferred days and times
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work with the flexibility to balance life and career.
Responsibilities include: Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, inviting front desk environment Manage appointments and client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person Coordinate daily schedules and ensure the clinic runs smoothly Process payments and manage client records accurately Support the clinical team with general admin duties Key Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous experience in reception or a clinic/spa setting desirable but not essential.
Confidence with booking systems (experience with Pabau is desirable but no essential) Professional, personable, calm under pressure A passion for the aesthetics industry and a genuine desire to help clients feel their best If you're ready to bring your professionalism and personality to a role that blends beauty, health, and hospitality wed love to hear from you.
