Head of Quality, Patient Safety & Risk (QPSR), Grade VIII (Full Time, On Site) | Permanent This newly created position is aimed towards candidates ideally within an acute hospital setting that are familiar with In-patient processes and surgical exposure.
Each candidate must have: Between 3-5 years Senior Managerial experience.
And A minimum of QQI Level 8 academic award in Risk Management or Quality in Healthcare or its equivalent.
And Have experience of Incident Management processes and subsequent System Analysis Investigation processes.
Experience of leading and implementing Quality improvement initiatives within a Healthcare setting.
Experience of cultural change regarding Quality and Patient Safety through the delivery of education and training.
Experience of Team engagement with a collaborative working style alongside multiple stakeholders.
