The Job You will be working with a team of experienced Engineers developing innovative solutions from concept design to installation to support our manufacturing plant.
Collaboration on automation projects and developing in-house applications to improve business efficiency and troubleshooting on issues is also a key part of the job.
This is an exciting time to join our team as we look to redefine and modernize our production processes to deliver change.
What you need A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering A minimum of 2 years electronics experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
A good knowledge of PLCs and control systems and Visual basic programming for front end controls Be able to deliver on your KPIs, strong project management and organisational skills and enjoy the challenge of problem solving and thinking outside the box.
Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Nice to have Experience in at least 2 of the following vision systems, robotics, Instrumentation, 3 phase inverters, Building Management Systems KYOCERA AVX is a global business and a leader in the manufacture of advanced electronic components.
