Electrical Design Engineer

Electrical Design Engineer Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid) Salary: €50,000 to €60,000 DOE Were hiring an Electrical Design Engineer for a progressive, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Dublin City Centre.
Youll play a key role in delivering standout projects across workplace, healthcare, education, heritage, leisure, and residential sectors all within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical building services systems across a range of project types Contribute to sustainable design strategies, including passive and renewable technologies Produce detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout all phases Utilise tools such as Revit, Dialux, and Amtech/Electrical OM Attend site visits, client meetings, and design reviews to ensure project success Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (Masters a plus) Minimum 3 years experience in electrical building services design Actively working towards Chartership (CIBSE, Engineers Ireland, or similar) Proficient in Revit and Auto CAD; Navisworks experience an advantage Skilled in Dialux, Amtech / Electrical OM, and other design software Strong interest in sustainable design and low-carbon technologies Benefits: Competitive salary: €50,000 to €60,000 DOE Hybrid working with flexible hours Chartership support and ongoing CPD Private healthcare cover Half-day Fridays for better work-life balance Interested?
