Based in Ballymote Co Sligo, Total packaging solutions Ltd is a leading manufacturer of packaging products for the food, pharma and sports nutrition industry.
Due to continuous growth, we now have positions available for full time production operators.
Job Summary: The Packing Operator is responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling products in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
This role ensures that all packing activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect products for quality and conformity before packaging.
Weigh, label, and pack products according to instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Meet daily production targets and packing deadlines.
Maintain accurate production and packing records.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Working Conditions: May involve exposure to noise, dust, or temperature changes.
Standing and repetitive tasks for long periods.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Working hour Day shift 8am to 4pm Evenings 4pm to 12 midnight Nights 12 midnight to 8am.
