· Duties also include preventative maintenance and fault diagnosisThe role will also involve participating in emergency response and damage control duties, including firefighting and other exercises.Requirements:Citizenship: Irish citizen or legally entitled to work in IrelandCharacter & Fitness: Must meet medical, physical, and security clearance standardsAge: 18–39 years on the date of applicationQualifications (or national equivalent):HETAC Level 7 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics & Instrumentation, or Marine ElectrotechnologyQQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in Electrical, Electrical Instrumentation, or InstrumentationRecruitment Process:Includes a fitness test, competency-based interview, medical exam, and Garda vettingLocation: All assessments conducted at the Naval Base, Haulbowline Island, CorkSalary & Benefits:Basic salary: €49, with annual incrementsNaval Service Allowance: €20,Additional allowances for overseas service starting at €15,Apply now for the Naval Service intake#navalservicerecruitment25
