Role Overview: Fexco Tech is looking for an experienced and driven DevOps Engineer with 5+ years in a similar role to join our dynamic engineering team.
You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
This role requires deep expertise in infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and GitOps practices.
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure usingTerraform.
Manage Kubernetes clusters and deployments usingHelm andArgoCD.
Implement security scanning tools within GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including container vulnerability.
Mentor other team members to bring on the DevOps journey.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security across environments.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability through tooling and scripting.
Maintain documentation and best practices for infrastructure and deployment processes.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of IaC principles and best practices Strong proficiency withTerraform for infrastructure provisioning.
Hands-on experience withKubernetes in production environments.
Familiarity withHelm for managing Kubernetes applications.
Experience withArgoCD.
Experience with GitLab Security tools and security scanning integration in CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Azure networking including VNets, NSGs, load balancers technologies Experience with cloud platforms.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of network security and traffic management in a containerised Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Kubernetes, Terraform, or cloud platforms an advantage.
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud-native environments.
Exposure to platform engineering or internal developer platforms.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, SOX) and their implementation in DevOps practices.
Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
