Our Hotel is recruiting a qualified spa therapist who is committed, friendly and customer orientated to join our team.
There is a full-time role and a part-time role and the ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years' experience in a spa environment.
Requirements
Have an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
A minimum of 1-2 years of Spa experience in facial, body and beauty treatments.
Must be guest-focused with excellent communication skills.
Must present a professional image at all times.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Carrying out Spa treatments - knowledge of Voya and Elemis products would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Ensuring that each guest receives a high standard of treatment and customer service to make it a memorable Spa experience.
Ensuring treatment rooms are clean at all times.
Maintaining Spa standards at all times.
Must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
Maximising sales opportunities.
Providing cover on the spa reception desk if required....
