Junior Quantity Surveyor Location: Co.
Limerick Salary: up to €45k (Do E) About the Company Our client is a well-established civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation in delivering high-quality roadworks, wastewater, and pharmaceutical projects.
With a robust pipeline of upcoming works, they are expanding their commercial team and are now seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business.
The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Junior QS or a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across a variety of high-profile projects.
Youll be working closely with the senior commercial team, developing your skills and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities Assisting in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Supporting the measurement and valuation of works Assisting with cost control, reporting, and budgeting Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Helping to prepare and submit interim payment applications Supporting tender preparation and procurement processes Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline 13 years experience in a similar role (graduates will be considered) Full Irish drivers licence Willingness to travel to and from sites as required Strong organisational and communication skills Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment Skills: Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering
