Pro Source are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manageron behalf of a reputable Main Contractor in Cork.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing large-scale building projects, while working alongside experienced Project Managers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on site.
Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate daily activities with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
Support in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reporting.
Identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Candidate Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
23 years experience in construction project management or site management (placement or graduate experience considered).
Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (experience with MS Project an advantage).
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within the construction industry.
