GPC Finance are delighted to partner with a leading Chartered Accountancy firm based in Dublin and Meath.
Our client is looking to hire an
Audit Manager
to join their team.
Due to growth, there is an opportunity for an ambitious
Audit Manager
.
Responsibilities:
Manage transactions with clients where we are appointed as Lead Advisor.
Manage a Portfolio of Audit Clients.
Manage a Portfolio of Audit Exempt Clients.
Assist Partners on special projects such as Practice Mergers and Acquisition Reviews, business development projects and integration of teams across different offices.
Manage staff reviews, appraisals, and development processes.
Assist and mentor junior staff members.
Developing the monthly fee budgets with Partners.
Assistance with Audit and Business Advisory Proposals and Pitches with Partners.
Development of new business for business.
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
Min 5 years PQE in an Irish practice firm.
Proficiency as an accountant, with a strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements specific to the funds industry.
Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to address issues as they arise.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with good report writing and Excel skills.
Ability to learn quickly and stay up to date with developments, particularly in IFRS and US GAAP.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
