What you will be doingPrepare and review financial statements for investment funds and financial services entities in line with US GAAP, IFRS, and other local standardsManage end-to-end financial reporting for multinational clients, coordinating with auditors, administrators, and investment managersTake ownership of deliverables under tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality output and timely completionSupport senior management and partners on ad hoc financial reporting and regulatory advisory projectsResearch technical accounting queries and provide insights aligned with current standardsBuild strong client relationships, anticipating needs and helping manage future workloadsReview and provide constructive feedback to team members, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy across deliverablesUse MS Word and Excel to produce and review financial statements, verifying content, format, and technical accuracyEnsure clear and consistent language across documents, maintaining professional standards in grammar, style, and formattingDelegate tasks effectively and maintain open communication to support team collaboration and project successWhat will you needRecently or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)Experience in financial reporting and/or audit within investment funds, gained in a leading professional services environment is a distinct advantageSolid technical expertise in IFRS and US GAAP, with sound professional judgment and a practical, commercial mindsetProven ability to produce and review high-quality financial statements, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyConfident using Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, to support reporting and analysis.Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlinesA collaborative team player who takes initiative, enjoys mentoring others, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentLegal entitlement to work in IrelandAbout usAt DM Financial, we don't just hire accountants — we develop future leaders.
