They are known for excellent customer service, community involvement, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere.The RoleThe Store Manager will be responsible for the full day-to-day running of a large, multi-level retail store.
This includes leading the team, driving sales, delivering a high standard of customer service, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas of the store.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, support, and lead a team of approximately 20 staffDeliver excellent customer service throughout the storeDrive store sales and meet performance targetsOversee stock control, deliveries, and floor merchandisingManage store operations including cash handling, staffing rotas, and complianceSupport community engagement through in-store events and local outreachReport to Head Office and ensure policies and procedures are followedWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in a retail management roleStrong leadership and team development skillsCustomer-focused with strong communication skillsWell-organised and capable of managing multiple prioritiesComfortable working with KPIs, rotas, and budgetsA background or interest in books, gifting, or lifestyle retail is beneficialFlexibility to work weekends and eveningsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceStaff discount and performance-related bonusesSupportive and friendly working environmentCareer progression opportunities within a growing retail brandIf you are interested in discussing this role in more detail, get in touch with or call to get more information.
