What You'll Be Doing: Installing and supporting client systems-servers, desktops, laptops, and cloud services Managing Windows Server environments and virtual platforms (Hyper-V, VMware) Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and network infrastructure Troubleshooting issues both remotely and on-site Delivering projects with precision and professionalism Keeping documentation clear and up to date What You'll Bring: A 3rd-level qualification in IT or equivalent experience Strong technical knowledge and client-facing confidence Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, and networking Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A full, clean driving licence Why This Role?
