This position involves leading the External CMO Facilities assessment (Fit to Plant - F2P) and Hypercare events, managing a team of SMEs, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder strategies and standards.
Responsibilities include overseeing project management processes, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like FDA and EU ANNEX 1.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical project and operations management, with a strong background in managing large capital projects, manufacturing in regulated environments, and experience with project controls, contracting, and negotiation.
Certification such as PMP or LEED AP is preferred.
This role requires up to 75% travel within the EMEA region.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process, Architecture, or Construction Management, and experience managing contract manufacturers or internal facilities.
Fluency in English is required.
This is a full-time position, and the role may be based in Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, or Ireland.
