to join our team in a hybrid capacity (onsite 2-3 days per week).

As a
Recruitment Business Partner
, you will be accountable for:
Owning and managing a book of work, process, and/or project from creation to execution.
Reviewing qualifications and resumes of potential candidates to qualify their fit for a position with the client.
Managing a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods.
Conducting telephone screens to identify interest and qualifications of candidates and document phone screens accordingly.
Partnering closely with local hiring leaders to fill, update and manage active positions.
Coaching and mentoring teammates, as well as more junior team members, by identifying areas of opportunity within the individual's book of work,
