This Lead Analyst role is based in the pricing function, which is a high performing team responsible for the delivery of new pricing strategies across the Flutter UKI brands.What you'll doReporting to the Principal Data Scientist in the Pricing team, you will support developing experimentation hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, and surfacing insights.You'll work within the UKI Trading function, connecting with colleagues from across the organisation to solve complex pricing problems and to identify new opportunities for pricing optimisation.What we're looking forProficiency in multiple advanced analytics and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau)Experience solving problems with data / data-science in a commercial settingStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data setsIdeally, experience in advanced statistical modelling techniques (e.g.
regression, significant testing, clustering, A/B testing, time series analysis)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiencesStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvementAbility to manage and own multiple data and analytics assets simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset, able to build strong and effective relationships both within the Pricing team and across the business at all levels Ideally, experience working on pricing and/or pricing strategy projects in a large commercial settingWho we are:We are Flutter UK & Ireland.
