Key Accountabilities:Partner closely with Corporate Sales Managers to lead the RFP/RFQ process and leverage internal resources to define our Win Strategy and deliver exceptional, highly tailored proposal responsesLead the review of Sysco's existing repository of approved proposal responses to ensure accuracy and clear messaging of Sysco's credentials and track record of delivering compelling food service product and service solutionsPartner with subject matter experts from other teams - including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Operations and Marketing - to develop compelling, value-based messaging for Sysco's product and service propositionTrack and analyse key proposal metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas of improvement, and support data-driven decision making across the proposal processProvide monthly updates on the proposal development pipeline to the Head of Corporate Sales and Commercial DirectorCoach team members on the ongoing development of engaging proposal responses that are well tailored based on the potential customers' needs and industry Requirements:Experience working in a Proposal/Bid Manager roleExcellent project management skills including the ability to organise and lead multiple different teams on simultaneous proposal response effortsExceptional writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to craft tailored messaging for diverse audiencesSelf-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSkilled at building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across teams, fostering alignment throughout the proposal processOperates with integrity and respect in everything you doFamiliarity with key tools like PowerPoint, Smart Sheet etc with an eye for formatting, consistency, and clarity in proposal content Preferred Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityExperience supporting sales strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales teamsKnowledge of the Foodservice industryExperience of working within a fast growth companyExperience with Salesforce and proposal management software Sysco Ireland CultureCustomer Focus: We deeply understand our customers' needs, continuously looking at ways to deliver real value.
