Maximo/CMMS Engineer - Pharmaceuticals - Ireland, Dublin - 12-Month Contract
Are you looking for your next contract and want to work in Dublin?
Our client, a global biotechnology organization, is recruiting for a Maximo Engineer to join their team in constructing a new biopharmaceutical production plant.
This facility will be crucial in helping our client maintain global access to life-changing therapeutics.
Responsibilities include:
Managing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), specifically Maximo.
Organizing calibration, engineering tasks, assisting with building operations, and managing the Master Project Database (MPD), which is central to CQV efforts and data management in Maximo.
Liaising with A&E firms to ensure the timely handover of engineering deliverables such as Line List, Valve List, Instrument Index, and Equipment List.
Coordinating with vendors regarding spare parts listing for all equipment.
Working with the Construction Group to meet Receipt Verification (RV) requirements.
Supporting the CQV Lead MPD Engineer in creating and coordinating RV and Installation Qualification (IQ) check sheets.
Collaborating with Construction, CQV, and CMMS units on RV/IQ deliverables.
Experience Required:
Skills in report writing, standards, and policy documentation.
Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related computer applications.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in a related engineering discipline.
Relevant experience or specialized skills that add value, ideally within a manufacturing or GMP environment.
