Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications to meet the needs of our clients or business objectives.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing system architectures, and ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet users' needs and industry standards.
You'll be writing code for, testing, and rolling out products to our customers that provide innovative, machine vision solutions for their retail or logistics challenges.
You'll need to be proactive in problem solving and understand the sales process, including how development time is billed within a business, to be able to influence the relevant sales team on pricing and time taken for projects.
We're looking for developers who think outside the box when it comes to customer problems, and who can detect a technological need and create the solution.
What You'll Be Doing

Write code and develop software applications or systems using programming languages, frameworks, and tools suitable for the project requirements.
Conduct thorough testing of software applications or systems to identify and fix bugs, errors, or performance issues.
This may involve unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Create documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system documentation, to facilitate the understanding and maintenance of software applications or systems.
Deploy software applications or systems to production environments and ensure smooth integration with existing systems or infrastructure.
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for software applications or systems, including addressing user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and implementing updates or enhancements.
Ensure that software applications or systems meet the needs and expectations of end-users, clients, or customers, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
What To Expect From The Role
