Backed by strong investment and an ambitious leadership team, they are expanding globally through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
As they continue to scale, they are seeking a commercially-minded Senior Tax Manager to join their fast-paced finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping their international tax strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic scale-up environment where you'll be a key member of the finance team and report to the Head of Tax.
You will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of tax matters including international structuring, M&A, transfer pricing, and the upcoming implementation of Pillar 2.
The role offers real ownership, strong progression potential, and the chance to make a visible impact within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Who should apply?
This role will suit qualified tax professionals with international exposure who thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments:
CTA-qualified (practice or in-house)
Experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting
Exposure to M&A or cross-border tax advisory work
Strong communicator who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of Tax and working closely with the CFO, this role will include:
Tax Compliance – Lead and review group-wide corporate tax filings across jurisdictions
Financial Reporting – Prepare and manage tax provisioning and disclosures
Business Partnering – Support commercial decision-making with tax input
Adviser Management – Act as main point of contact for external tax partners
Pillar 2 Implementation – Help deliver Group response and planning
M&A and Structuring – Provide tax input for acquisitions and expansions
Risk & Governance – Ensure controls and reporting meet global tax standards
International Tax – Work on projects covering transfer pricing and global compliance
Qualifications
CTA-qualified (practice or in-house)
Experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting
Exposure to M&A or cross-border tax advisory work
Strong communicator who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders
