We are seeking empathetic, reliable candidates for Healthcare Assistant roles.Benefits:Rate of pay from €13.60/hourPaid travel time between clients€300 referral bonusFlexible hours Monday to Sunday 8am-10pmBi-weekly paymentGarda vetting at no costAssistance with QQI registration if needed24/7 nurse-led supportLoyalty BonusRole Overview:Assist clients with all facets of daily living in their own homes, ensuring all care is safe, compassionate, and professional.Duties Include:Personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving/transferring, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and high-dependency carePrompting medication and light housework/basic shoppingFollowing individual Care PlansObserving, listening, and engaging with clients and their familiesBeing punctual and managing time efficientlyUpholding confidentialityReporting any changes or concerns regarding client needsDocumenting incidents and complying with Health & Safety regulationsMinimum Qualifications and Experience:Completion of at least 2 modules: QQI Care Skills and QQI Care of the Older Person, or one year's experience in a healthcare settingInternational Police Clearance Certificate (if applicable)Willingness to undergo a medical examinationFull driver's license and own transport is essential.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in English (verbal and written)Eligibility to work in the Republic of IrelandBBLRWH
