Electrician Job Description Role Overview: We are recruiting for an Electrician to work on our NIHE Heating Maintenance contract.
The successful candidate will provide electrical support to the Heating Installation teams and carry out response maintenance as required, this will primarily be based in the Belfast and Derry/Causeway Areas.
Reports to: Foreman Direct Reports: N/A Working Hours: Monday Friday 7.30AM 5 PM Flexibility is required Additional Benefits: Pension (Terms Apply) Life Assurance (Terms Apply) Health Cash Plan Membership Roles & Responsibilities: Job roles will include but are not limited to: Domestic electrical maintenance Periodic Inspection & Testing of domestic dwellings Heating Installation Works Rewires Smoke alarm installs Fuse board upgrades Essential Criteria NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations Previous domestic experience Valid Drivers license Desirable Criteria Valid CSR card Previous recent experience working in social housing/NIHE properties.
