A busy architectural studio in Dublin is seeking to recruit a Project Architect / Senior Architect with proven success delivering projects from design to construction stages.
They are a collaborative team of Architects, Architectural Technologists, Designers and Interior Designers with a variety of private and public sector work across commercial, leisure, residential, educational, healthcare and data centres.
The ideal Architect will hold professional membership to RIAI / RIBA, have proficiency in Revit, possess strong design and technical skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Architect seeking career progression.
Desired experience: An RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect, with 3 years+ post professional qualification Have proven success leading projects from initial design through to completion on site in Ireland / UK Project experience should include residential, education, commercial, data centres or healthcare Lead and mentor junior team members Strong client liaison skills and relationship management Full proficiency in Revit Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Strong design and technical skills Site experience in Ireland A good understanding of the requirements of BC(A)R Ambitious and highly motivated Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits €65k-€75k depending on experience Bonus scheme Hybrid working Pension Generous holiday allowance If you are a qualified Architect, Senior Architect with recent architectural experience in Ireland or the UK, interested in this opportunity or further opportunities within the architectural industry, please email your CV to Deborah Byrne for further details.
