Maintenance Manager Hotel €55k We are looking for a Maintenance Manager out client, we are looking for a manager coming from a hospitality background that has a good understanding of hotels.
You will need to bed a strong manager that has excellent attention to detail, be very hands on and take a pro-active approach to the team and department.
Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team and department Manage maintenance costs within budget Provide strong leadership to the team by guiding the team and overseeing urgent repairs.
Plan and respond to scheduled and unforeseen work, ensuring the engineering team has the necessary skills to meet requirements.
Effectively utilise internal and external resources to handle on-site situations Develop proactive maintenance strategies to enhance overall reliability of the plant, personnel, and production processes.
Encourage initiatives that support the motivation, training, development, and deployment of maintenance employees.
Drive and achieve the key business objectives and performance targets set by the company for the Maintenance Department.
The ideal candidate: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior position.
Have excellent organisational skills to efficiently oversee projects, processes, and the Maintenance Team.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them within the Maintenance Team.
Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance Supervising the maintenance team and ensuring they follow safe work practices Performing minor on-site repairs Scheduling contractors as required Responding to emergency maintenance needs An approachable personality Excellent team player Own transport BURAMB22 Skills: maintenance rooms hotels management
