Quality Analyst – GERMAN SpeakerDublin, Ireland | Onsite | PermanentJoin our team at a global tech leader as a Quality Analyst – GERMAN speaker, where you'll help improve generative AI tools through smart, human-led data annotation and content refinement.What You'll Do:Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goalsDeliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plansAnalyse data to spot trends and recommend improvementsManage quality systems and support operational projectsMentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processesWhat You Need:?Fluent inGERMAN & English(Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+))?Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)?Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills?Confidence with Excel, reporting, and data analysis?Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressurePerks & Benefits:(€33, Base + 10% Bonus) €36, OTE25% shift premium for late hours (22:00 - 02:00)Flexible shifts (5 over 7)Healthcare & wellness programsTax Saver & Bike to Work schemesCareer growth & development opportunities Apply now
