Overview Looking for a role that's more than just nuts and bolts?
Our client, a leading name in high-speed automated food production, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their engineering team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-moving, high-output bakery environment where no two shifts are the same.
You'll be part of a skilled team responsible for keeping production running smoothly across a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair bakery production equipment Carry out scheduled maintenance and project work Collaborate with departments across the site to ensure smooth operations Complete all relevant documentation for maintenance activities Participate in ongoing training and development Work flexibly across all equipment and utilities as needed Be available for shift work, callouts, and overtime when required Criteria Minimum 2 years' industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing is a plus) Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Experience with bakery systems is an advantage Time-served apprenticeship or professional qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a 4-day/4-night rolling pattern, including weekends Reward Competitive rate of pay.
