easyHotel has an exciting opportunity for an
Maintenance Technician - Handyman
to join the team based in their
Dublin
hotel.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will need to ensure all guests can enjoy a room that presents a high standard of décor and is fully functional.
Supporting the Hotel Management in protecting the asset by maintaining the physical appearance and structure of the hotel building, including all internal and external fixtures and fittings.
All actions and decisions must be taken with a "low carbon" mindset, striving to achieve low carbon in all aspects of your work.
Prioritising, planning, and undertaking urgent repairs and carrying out preventive maintenance.

Role & responsibilities:
Ensure guests receive great service
Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and external contractors
Minimise the number of out-of-order rooms
Solid experience in building maintenance, ideally within a similar service environment
Familiarity with Planned Maintenance systems
Organised and systematic approach to workload
Experience with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work desired
Genuine concern for the quality of the product
