Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Training Nurse located in Dublin 4.
The Clinical Training Nurse will be responsible for providing clinical training to nursing staff, developing and updating training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring compliance with all practice standards.
The role includes mentoring new staff, overseeing the implementation of best practices, and coordinating with other veterinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
Clinical nursing skills and experience in a veterinary setting
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and support staff development
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
A passion for animal care and welfare
Relevant veterinary nursing qualifications and registration
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
