We are now looking for a
Food & Beverage Supervisor
to join the #MPeople team
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth and efficient management of the assigned Food & Beverage outlets.
Assist other Food & Beverage outlets when required.
Manage reservations for the assigned Food & Beverage outlets and liaise with all relevant departments regarding special requests.
Ensure the hotel achieves the highest standards of luxury and those are consistently delivered to our guests.
Carry out departmental audits to ensure consistency by all team members.
Communicate the Hotel's Vision & Mission, and Values to the team and integrate into daily activities.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of service areas (both front & back of house).
Control ambience in departments (lights, music, temperature).
Report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments.
Implement new initiatives within the agreed time frame.
Set and achieve personal objectives annually.
Attend meetings as required and ensure management presence during peak service times.
Maintain a high level of security throughout the hotel.
